He got his start in the world of EMI Shielding during college, working at Fabritech Inc., a fabricator/distributor of brand-name shielding materials, where he spent 20 years in various roles, including purchasing and production lead. Nelson Baires works as a Quality Manager and has been with Spira since 2024. He earned his B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
